Courier items sent through on the official University cost centre and account numbers may be opened and inspected to assure compliance with the restrictions on the use of the service.
Addressing courier items
The accuracy of the addresses of outgoing courier items affects the speed and delivery of the item. It is important to use the correct contact person, physical address, postal code and telephone number.
Preparing the courier item
The sender name must appear clearly on the back of the courier flyer.
Money, bank cards and jewellery are not accepted by the couriers.
Items should be securely wrapped to prevent damage.
Proper declarations regarding the contents and value of the items must be given.
Processing of courier items
All courier items received before 14:00 will be processed and couriered the same day. All items received after 14:00 without prior arrangement will be processed and couriered the next working day.

International courier services are available for worldwide collections or deliveries. A variety of regulations regarding addressing and custom declarations apply to international courier items
